Export request from your current ATS.
We guide you through pulling your data from your existing ATS/CRM. CSV, Excel, or direct API export depending on your tool.
Marvin structures and dedupes your data.
For 4 weeks, our team configures your Marvin: custom fields, pipelines, integrations, user rights. Your teams keep working in their old tool.
Final export and go-live.
At D-1, last export to capture the latest updates. Go-live within 24h. Your teams switch to Marvin with up-to-date data.
