Board is Marvin's client portal. Your clients follow recruitment progress in real time, comment on shortlists and validate candidates — no email, no PowerPoint.
Does the client need to create an account?
No. You can share a secure public link or create an authenticated access per client. Both options coexist.
Is Board included in the Pro plan?
Yes. Board is included from the Pro plan. The number of active portals is unlimited. Each portal is customizable with your agency's logo.
Can the candidate see client comments?
No. Client comments are private and visible only to your team. The candidate never sees the Board portal.
