What is Scout?
Scout is Marvin's semantic sourcing engine. You describe the profile you need in natural language and Scout searches your internal pool first, then external sources.
How does semantic search work?
Scout understands the meaning of your query, not just keywords. 'Senior Go backend dev fintech 5 years Paris' returns relevant results without complex boolean. Skills, seniority and location are cross-referenced.
How much do enrichment credits cost?
Email enrichment costs 1 credit per profile. Phone costs 10 credits. Credits are included in the Suite plan with a monthly refillable allowance.
Can Scout source outside my database?
Yes. Scout searches your internal pool first, then enriches from LinkedIn and other sources. The Chrome extension also lets you import a profile in 1 click from any site.
