What is Cash?
Cash is Marvin's automatic invoicing module. It generates invoices on placement, sends follow-ups and tracks payments — no Excel, no re-entry.
Does Cash replace my accounting software?
No. Cash handles operational billing (quotes, invoices, reminders). It exports to your accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) via automatic export. No double entry.
Is Cash available for all clients?
Cash is included in the Suite plan. It is a module that can be activated per tenant: if you already use QuickBooks or Xero for billing, you can disable it.
How do automatic follow-ups work?
You define the payment milestones (D+15, D+30, D+45) and Cash sends email follow-ups automatically. Each reminder is customizable and tracking is visible in real time.
